VP-AV provides market leading audio-visual systems.

We have an escalated programme of works to complete and we need to immediately recruit experienced audio engineers to install “Essential Works” for a major Government Agency.

The first programme will be in the Greater London area. You will be required to test the current audio room systems and then decommission existing audio racks and install pre-built replacement racks (with DSP mixer and Amplifier) and install new Infrared Assistive Listening systems and additional/replacement speakers and microphones (including some cabling). We are looking for two AV engineer teams (each consisting of two engineers). One person must be the designated lead engineer, responsible for managing the work schedule and cabling standards. Both engineers must be capable of high standard terminations (soldering XLR, Cat 5/6 terminations, and use of ferrules with Phoenix connectors).

Preference will be given to ISCVE members and to applicants who have worked together as a team before; or, depending on the response, we may recruit individual engineers to work as Juniors to our in-house engineers. CV’s must be provided along with the rates you propose to charge (including any mileage and other expenses).

Familiarity with integration with named types of visual presentation/display systems should be identified. We are looking to identify and approve other two-man engineering teams for other projects nationally, so please present your CVs even if this project is not suitable for you.

Start Date:

We would like to start the two additional teams w/c 1st June for 3 weeks (i.e. weekdays only).
