Ben Spurgeon is the Senior Application Engineer at Audiologic and looks after large-scale projects, commissioning and training for the company. Ben has delivered international training for leading manufacturers including QSC, Nexo and SSL, as well as guest lecturing at the University of Hertfordshire.
Starting out working in studios, Ben quickly found himself working with clients such as Abbey Road and AIR studios before transitioning across to a corporate focused client base with Audiologic. Since joining Audiologic, Ben has delivered projects including some of the UK’s leading stadiums and large-scale corporate projects, which quickly saw his promotion to managing the Application team.
I’m a big believer in the quote “The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know.” as I am forever finding areas of study that I am keen to develop. AV is an incredibly interesting industry to work in and we’re moving at a rapid pace, meaning there is a constant need to stay up to date with the latest technology and trends. I am so grateful for the host of brilliant training I have received whilst in the industry and am aiming to deliver courses helping newcomers to the world of AV.
