Roland Higham originally trained in theatre lighting and sound, back when Revox reel-to-reel tape machines were still in use. He has had a rewarding career in theatre and music, including international touring, concerts, West End musicals, operas, running hire companies and managing large sound departments for major festivals.
Today, Roland mainly commissions and programs DSP and control systems for all types of AV installations including Expos, exhibitions and the more conventional meeting rooms and lecture theatres.
After leaving Lucid Partnership, he set up Gismosys to provide audio, video and control consultation, design and programming services
