ISCVE joined forces with our industry association partner, Production Futures, to sponsor two categories at the 2024 Breakthrough Talent Awards.  The lively event, held at Production Park on 27 November, celebrated newcomers in the entertainment production industry, shining a spotlight on emerging talent and contributions across the sector.

As part of our commitment to nurturing rising stars, ISCVE sponsored two categories: Audio Newcomer of the Year and AV Newcomer of the Year. The winners of these categories received a 12-month ISCVE membership and additional prizes to support their work, granting them access to our network, resources and professional development opportunities.

Event Highlights

The awards ceremony comprised a vibrant “stand party” atmosphere with a DJ, lively presenters and ample networking opportunities. The Breakthrough Talent Awards celebrated a diverse range of accomplishments, including entrepreneurial achievements, apprenticeships and notable contributions in live event production, music, video, audio, AV and beyond.

Hannah Eakins of Production Futures shared her enthusiasm, saying: “This year’s winners will receive exclusive mentoring sessions with our judges and sponsors—respected industry professionals ready to support and inspire the next generation.”

This year’s event continues the tradition of celebrating newcomers who break barriers and lead the way for future generations. From entrepreneurs and apprentices to students, graduates, employees and freelancers, the Breakthrough Talent Awards highlight the best and brightest within the entertainment production industry.
