ISCVE Supports Emerging Talent at Production Futures 2025
ISCVE was delighted to participate in the Production Futures 2025 event at Production Park, Wakefield, on 27 November. The event welcomed over 200 young people exploring career pathways across the sound, communications, visual, broadcast and live production sectors.
Representing ISCVE were Early Careers Committee members Jason Williams and Alex Krasnic, who spoke with attendees throughout the day. The level of interest shown in technical roles highlights the positive momentum of new talent entering the industry.
ISCVE welcomes the collaboration with Production Futures in supporting newcomers as they explore industry opportunities and consider professional development pathways. We would also like to thank our supporting partners for this event — Adam Hall Group, AUX Import, Holdan and Excite Audio Visual Ltd

ISCVE was also proud to sponsor two award categories at this year’s Breakthrough Talent Awards, held as part of the Production Futures event.
The ISCVE-sponsored categories and winners were:
- Audio Newcomer of the Year – Harry Honywill
- AV Newcomer of the Year – Chloe French
Both Harry and Chloe receive a 12-month ISCVE membership, supporting their development with access to a professional network, technical resources and industry opportunities.
Congratulations to all the winners – we’re excited to see what’s next for you! Look out for next month’s newsletter, where we will share more about Chloe and Harry and their stories, our Audio and AV Newcomer of the Year winners.
