Paul has experience working alongside government, law enforcement, venue operators, event organisers and senior corporate leaders. His background includes senior leadership roles within New Scotland Yard, directing high-profile operations involving terrorism, cyber threats and major criminal activity.He is also an experienced lecturer in counterterrorism, cyber counterterrorism, intelligence and analysis, and regularly collaborates with industry partners to deliver clear, practical guidance on Martyn’s Law and security planning.
