ISCVE Supporting Member, Penguin Media Solutions & Penguin Media Hire, the Brighton and London based AV design, installation and technical production group, have appointed Samantha Viggers as their new Group Operations Manager. This step follows their recent expansion with their new London warehouse and demonstration facility.

Co-founder Dylan Thompson SenTechInstSCVE explains:

“Sam has been working with us for a handful of months on a freelance basis, and in that short time has become an invaluable asset to the team. Working across both companies, we have noticed productivity and efficiency improve, as well as taking on tasks which in the past had been either neglected or picked up by other members of the team.

This leaves me to focus on project design and management, knowing the day-to-day running of the business is in safe hands!

As Group Operations Manager, Samantha will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both companies, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of operations. She will be developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity while simultaneously creating plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Samantha has extensive knowledge of business processes, as well as strong technical, leadership, and communication skills that she will be bringing to the role. Her experience has given her an invaluable insight into managing multiple projects simultaneously and liaising with clients and suppliers alike.

That gave me time to reflect on what I wanted from my career, and when this fresh opportunity in an exciting new sector came about, it ticked all the boxes!
