London, July 2025 – Rise AV’s Summer Party brought together a mix of mentors, mentees, sponsors and supporters to celebrate a year of achievement and momentum within the audiovisual industry.

Attending for ISCVE, an association partner of Rise AV, President Jim Smith reaffirmed the Institute’s commitment to promoting diversity, innovation, and professional growth across the sector. He was joined by ISCVE member Hanieh Motamedian, an active participant in the 2025 Mentoring Programme. Together with fellow mentees and industry peers, Hanieh acknowledged the programme’s successes and the broader efforts to champion talent and open opportunities within the AV community.

Hosted at the stylish iiyama International Showroom, the showcased highlights from the 2025 Mentoring Programme included an inspiring Public Speaking Masterclass led by Mark Harrison, helping mentees build new skills and confidence. The event also provided an ideal setting for networking, insight-sharing, and conversations about future initiatives.
