As part of our ongoing mission to highlight the growing role of women in the AV industry, we are delighted to introduce Anna Shahin SenTechInstSCVE, an inspiring leader who is making waves in the field. Anna is the newly appointed Application Support Manager at Audiologic, an ISCVE Supporting Member.

Anna’s passion for audio began during her studies, where she graduated with a first-class degree in Audio Recording and Production. Following a variety of roles, she joined Audiologic in 2018 as an Application Support Engineer. Since then, her expertise and dedication have seen her rise to a leadership position, where she now leads Audiologic’s application support team.

In her current role, Anna works on a wide range of projects, including works for Formula 1 teams, stadia, museums and higher education, each project offering unique challenges.

One of Anna’s greatest strengths is her passion for education. Not only does she lead system designs for Audiologic’s team, but she also spearheads the creation of Tech Tuesday,  Audiologic’s popular series that provides technical content for AV users of all levels. Whether she is breaking down analogue and digital audio, advocating for compliant assistive listening systems, or demystifying frequency licensing, Anna’s contributions ensure that knowledge is accessible to all.

As the first woman on her team, Anna is also a resolute advocate for women in the AV industry. As an active member of Women in Live Music and SoundGirls, she supports and empowers the next generation of women pursuing AV careers. Anna’s work has helped foster inclusion and representation in what has traditionally been a male-dominated industry.

Anna’s contributions have not gone unnoticed. She was named as part of Inavate EMEA’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023, recognition celebrating the AV industry’s rising talent.

Anna Shahin continues to pave the way for women in AV, blending technical excellence with a dedication to education and advocacy. We are proud to have her as part of the ISCVE membership.
