On Tuesday 2 September 2025, ISCVE hosted members and other industry professionals at Yamaha UK’s impressive Milton Keynes facilities for our Voice Alarm Fundamentals course.

The day offered a valuable combination of technical insight, practical guidance, and lively discussion, all under the expert direction of Bob Howard MInstSCVE. Bob’s extensive knowledge and real-world experience guided delegates through the essentials of voice alarm systems – from regulations and compliance to design principles and system integration. With voice alarm playing such a critical role in life safety, the course highlighted why getting the details right truly matters.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many noting how the training had already boosted their confidence in working on voice alarm projects.
