Together For Cinema: 2024
Together For Cinema: 2024
As one of ISCVE’s Partner Associations, Together For Cinema has had an inspiring and impactful year in 2024. From reaching major milestones to planning for an even bigger 2025, their dedication to transforming lives through AV installations continues to resonate throughout the industry.
Celebrating 50 Cinema Room Installations
This year marked a significant achievement for Together For Cinema: the completion of their 50th good cause cinema room! These installations, made possible by industry support, bring comfort and joy to those in need, and ISCVE is proud to have played a role in sharing this incredible work.
Highlights from 2024 include:
- Ellenor Hospice for Children, Gravesend, Kent – The 50th installation, completed in October by iCubed Home Cinema.
- Marie Curie Hospice, Newcastle, Tyne & Wear – Completed in June by Wakefields.
- Once Upon A Smile, Manchester – Completed in October by Intuitive Homes.
In total, nine installations were managed this year, highlighting the commitment of Together For Cinema and their network of installers. Click here to see the full list of projects completed in 2024.
Fundraising Success: London to Brighton Cycle Ride
Another highlight of the year was the London to Brighton cycle ride in September. This 55-mile challenge brought together 37 riders who raised over £20,000 to support Together For Cinema’s mission.
Special congratulations to Phil Hardaway for finishing first among the group and placing 55th out of 6,000 participants! ISCVE commends everyone who supported this effort, including the 400+ companies and individuals who made this fundraiser a success.
Looking Ahead: Plans for 2025
Plans are already in motion for 2025. Together For Cinema has secured installers for two upcoming projects in Bradford – one at an NHS children’s ward and another at a Marie Curie hospice. Now, they are reaching out for financial support to bring these installations to life and fund even more projects in the year ahead.
