ISCVE is pleased to welcome Anthony Morgan MInstSCVE, as the new Chair of the Standards Committee.

Anthony is the R&D Manager at Baldwin Boxall, where he has worked since 2014, leading the development of voice alarm and life safety systems. With over two decades of experience in electronics and engineering, he brings a strong technical foundation combined with a practical understanding of how standards are applied in real-world environments.

Prior to joining Baldwin Boxall, Anthony held senior technical roles at Schneider Electric and Ceres Power, as well as earlier positions in electronics design and production engineering. His career reflects a consistent focus on innovation, system performance, and delivering reliable, standards-compliant solutions.

Anthony holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and has developed a broad skill set spanning product development, technical leadership, and engineering management.

With his extensive industry experience and deep technical knowledge, Anthony is well placed to lead the Standards Committee. He is passionate about supporting the development and application of standards that promote safety, consistency, and best practice across the sector, and looks forward to engaging with members to help shape the future direction of ISCVE’s standards work.
