Rise AV Launches Return of Elevate Leadership Programme for Women in AV
Rise AV has announced the return of its flagship leadership initiative, Elevate, following the success of its inaugural programme in 2025. Designed specifically to support women progressing into senior leadership positions across the AV industry, the programme aims to provide practical leadership development, mentoring and cross-industry collaboration opportunities.
Past delegates described the programme as “transformative, insightful and energising,” highlighting the combination of practical leadership tools, expert guidance and peer networking opportunities.
The six-week programme is aimed at women already managing teams, stepping into leadership positions, or leading within organisations without having previously had access to structured leadership support. The programme combines immersive in-person learning with collaborative Active Learning Sets, where participants work together on real-world leadership challenges. Topics include leadership strengths, motivating teams, delivering effective feedback, navigating change and developing commercial awareness.
A key part of the programme is the involvement of experienced AV industry mentors, known within the programme as “Jedis”, who guide delegates through the Active Learning process. Confirmed mentors for 2026 include Daryl Clark, Gary Keene, Joel Chimoindes, Martine Dodwell-Bennett and Danielle Myburgh.
Rachael Hamilton, Managing Director of Rise AV, said the programme had already demonstrated measurable impact across the industry:
“Delegates reported significant growth in leadership capability, increased confidence, and stronger career direction, while employers benefited from improved performance, engagement, and retention of high-potential talent.”
The programme includes three in-person events in London, alongside online collaboration sessions. Applications are now open, with places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rise AV says the programme forms part of its wider commitment to addressing skills shortages and improving diversity and inclusion across the AV industry by supporting the next generation of women leaders.
