Key Responsibilities:
Management and supervision of rental warehouse, you will work from the main office.
- Equipment maintenance, being able to assess and identify faults with cable/equipment and to source parts for repair
- Maintaining the hire department rental management system Current RMS. checking jobs are checked in and out correctly, maintaining barcodes and completing jobs.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse space.
- Maximising storage and utilising the database to add stock locations and making sure it’s returned to correct place.
- Assisting with rigging inspection and yearly PAT testing
- Overall presentation of warehouse and yard space
- Taking responsibility of deliveries across hire department and adding stock to the database ready for rental.
Key Skills & Achievements:
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of large-scale pro-audio and AV Equipment
- Good organisational and scheduling skills
- Enthusiastic, positive and punctual
- Courteous and articulate manner
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- High standard of personal presentation
- Full, clean driving licence
- Some weekend and evening work
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Self-motivated and keen to develop the role
