Working patterns are a mixture of day and night works. Weekend working is often required, this is paid at an enhanced rate.

You will be joining our team of on-site commissioning and maintenance engineers and your responsibilities will include:

• Commissioning of voice alarm and emergency voice communication systems.
• Onsite commissioning and system modifications.
• Routine maintenance of Baldwin Boxall life safety systems.
• Onsite fault finding and repairs of Baldwin Boxall systems.
• Completion of relevant paperwork.

Product specific and other job related training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Our engineers need to be self motivated, confident, have great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and consistently produce high quality work. They will be able to work independently but also be part of a team and enjoy a challenge.

• Previous experience with PA/VA and/or fire systems commissioning.
• An understanding of the relevant British standards.
• Competent on Microsoft Office.
• Possesses a current ECS card or is willing to understand the training required.
• Attention to detail when completing paperwork.
• Membership of ISCVE an advantage.
• Must hold a valid drivers licence.

• Salary dependent on experience.
• Working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday).
• Overtime paid for hours worked over 37.5.
• Overtime paid at x1.5 Monday – Saturday and x2 for Sundays.
