ISCVE Celebrates Breakthrough Talent Award Winners for 2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting emerging professionals, ISCVE was delighted to attend and support the 2025 Breakthrough Talent Awards, in partnership with Production Futures.
Held in 2025, this inspiring event celebrated outstanding newcomers who are already making a strong impression across the entertainment production and live events industries. The awards recognise not only technical skill, but also enthusiasm, potential and a clear commitment to building a long-term career in the sector.

Meet Our ISCVE Award Winners
Harry Honywill
Audio Newcomer of the Year
Harry is a Sound Engineer with RG Jones Sound Engineering Ltd and has worked with the company since July 2021. With around five years’ industry experience, Harry specialises in radio microphone systems and professional PA / sound reinforcement systems, delivering technically robust live audio for a wide range of events.
His passion, technical confidence and commitment to continuous learning really shone through for the judges, marking him as a standout new talent.

Chloe French
AV Newcomer of the Year
Chloe is a freelance theatre and live events professional and currently works as Deputy Electrician on the Mamma Mia! UK Tour (since September 2025). With four years’ industry experience, she works across theatres, cinemas, live events and conference venues, specialising in stage lighting and audiovisual systems.
Chloe’s role includes daily show running within the lighting department, troubleshooting, deputising for the Chief Electrician when required, and helping to ensure consistently smooth technical delivery across tour venues.
Her professionalism, adaptability and practical technical skills really stood out to the judges, demonstrating the confidence and capability she brings to every role.
