RCF sound systems installed at Polonia Bytom stadium
A two-phase installation delivers sound coverage across the stands, commentary position and VIP areas at the Polish football venue.
The new Polonia Bytom stadium in Poland has been equipped with RCF sound systems designed to deliver clear announcements and consistent coverage throughout the venue.
TOMMEX, RCF’s official distributor for installed sound products in Poland, designed, supplied and commissioned the systems as part of the stadium’s phased development. Initial construction took place between 2022 and 2023, with the second phase completed in 2026.
The stadium system uses RCF P 6215 and P 3108 loudspeakers, selected for their controlled coverage and intelligible speech reproduction. Both models feature IP55-rated weatherproof enclosures suitable for outdoor installation.
RCF QPS 10K and QPS 6.0K four-channel amplifiers power the loudspeakers, with signal management and mixing managed by a Yamaha MTX5-D matrix processor and MG16XU mixing console.
The second phase extended coverage to the new fully covered west stand using the same loudspeaker and amplifier models, maintaining a consistent system across the expanded venue.
In the VIP areas, RCF MQ 80P compact two-way sound projectors provide voice and music reproduction. These are powered by an RCF DMA 162P two-channel amplifier, incorporating digital signal processing and RCF loudspeaker presets.
RCF is a Supporting Member of ISCVE.
