Production Futures ON TOUR Returns to Production Park
Production Futures ON TOUR Returns to Production Park
Production Futures will return to Production Park in Wakefield on Thursday 19 November for its final ON TOUR event of 2026, bringing together emerging talent, educators and employers from across the entertainment production industries.
The free event offers opportunities to learn, develop practical skills and make valuable industry connections. Representatives from leading manufacturers, production companies, venues, distributors, associations and education partners will be available to discuss careers, training and paid work opportunities.
Visitors can also take part in talks, panel discussions and practical workshops covering areas including audio engineering, lighting programming, CAD, stage design, touring and festival production, virtual production and event logistics. Employability support, including CV guidance, will also be available.
The Production Futures Breakthrough Talent Awards 2026 will be presented during the event. The awards celebrate people who are making an impact during the first seven years of their production careers.
Nominations are open across 24 award categories. Individuals can nominate themselves or put forward an apprentice, freelancer, technician, engineer, creative, co-ordinator, marketer, entrepreneur or business owner whose achievements deserve wider recognition.
ISCVE is proud to support Production Futures as an Association Partner. Members of ISCVE’s Early Careers Committee will represent the Institute at the event, helping young people and early-career professionals explore opportunities within sound, communications and audiovisual engineering.
Production Futures ON TOUR takes place from 10.00am to 4.00pm. The event is free to attend, but advance registration is required.
