ISCVE Affiliate Membership

A senior category for someone, whilst not being qualified either academically or by extended experience, is making or has made a significant contribution to the sound, communications and visual industries.

Affiliate membership allows non-technical and non-academics working within the sound, communications and visual industries to become members of the ISCVE and enjoy membership benefits.

The current annual fee for Affiliate Membership is £95.

Each grade of Membership of the ISCVE is subject to certain qualifying criteria. This ensures our membership and our institute retains a position of technical and commercial excellence within our industries.

  • Shall normally have been employed at senior level for not less than five years .

  • Work is substantially non-technical

  • For Managing Directors, Directors in financial, marketing or sales functions

  • Managers of Technical personnel whose role is predominantly administrative

You will find us to be a friendly and welcoming Institute with influence within the sound, communications and visual industries.

Your staff will have access to CPD training and learning delivered by ISCVE, ECS Sound Engineer card access, Health  Safety Training.

Yes, if you feel you have the appropriate technical knowledge to become a Member grade, you can submit a technical report to support your application.

Those with an interest in the sound and communications industries but not working within them can apply for Associate membership.
