Blaydon Communications Embraces Apprenticeship Scheme
Blaydon Communications, an ISCVE Supporting Member, is proud to announce the addition of Isaac to its team, joining on April 15th as their newest audio-visual engineer. As Blaydon’s business continues to thrive, they recognised the opportunity to broaden capabilities and extend services by embracing apprentices through the Apprenticeship Scheme.
Isaac joins as an apprentice through Northern Skills and Middlesbrough College, embarking on a journey to obtain CSCS and ECS accreditation, provided by ISCVE Ltd. The apprenticeship program will not only assist with business-wide capabilities but also provides Isaac with invaluable first-hand experience in all aspects of the job. It’s a mutually beneficial opportunity that aims to encourage potential employees participating in local youth schemes.
With Isaac’s dedication to hastening Blaydon’s engineering efforts, they are better equipped to accept and complete a greater number of service and installation calls. Working collaboratively with the existing workforce, Isaac will leverage a variety of skills gained throughout his apprenticeship to strengthen the service, support and overall quality of Blaydon Communications Limited.
“We are thrilled to welcome Isaac to our team and to embrace the opportunities that apprenticeships bring.Through this program, we are not only enhancing our capabilities but also investing in the future of our industry by nurturing talent and providing valuable hands-on experience.” Paul Dougherty MInstSCVE, Managing Director, Blaydon Communications.
Blaydon Communications remains committed to encouraging talent and innovation within its team while delivering exceptional audiovisual engineering services to clients. We are looking forward to the positive impact that Isaac’s contributions will bring to our company and the continued success of our apprenticeship initiatives.
