As part of ISCVE’s ongoing partnership with Rise AV, we are pleased to highlight the return of the Elevate Programme. A six-week leadership development experience designed specifically for women in management roles across the AV, Residential AV and Live Events sectors.

Women in mid-level and management roles are often balancing competing priorities – leading others while still figuring out their own leadership path, managing tough conversations, managing team dynamics and trying to keep imposter syndrome at bay. Add in the pressure of self-doubt or workplace bias, and it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

Sound familiar?

That is why the Rise AV Elevate Programme exists.

This six-week programme has been carefully designed for women in AV who are ready to level up. Whether you are already managing people or are ready to step into a bigger role, Elevate provides the practical tools, mentoring and support you need to lead with confidence.

You will gain:

• Real, applicable leadership skills
• Guidance on navigating challenges and complex dynamics
• A mentor who has been where you are
• A supportive community of women with shared experiences
• Confidence to take the next step – whatever that looks like for you

You do not have to figure it out on your own.

Key Dates:

• Applications close: 31 July 2025
• Successful applicants notified: Early August 2025
• Payment deadline: 31 August 2025
• Programme runs: October – December 2025 (~6 weeks)

• You are currently in a management or team-leading role in AV, Residential AV or Live Events
• You are aiming to step into senior leadership roles in the near future
• You are ready to invest in your personal and professional development
