The IET is hosting a webinar titled Fire Alarm Competence & Compliance on Monday 12 September 2022 at 3pm and is expected to last for an hour and thirty minutes. You are invited to register for free using the link below.

The webinar is aimed at engineers and technicians who are currently installing and maintaining wireless fire alarms, or who are keen to develop their knowledge and experience in this field.

The first part of the webinar will provide an introduction to wireless fire alarms and relevant standards for the UK and will explore the infrastructure and device options, recognising that safety is of paramount importance.

The second part of the webinar will consider compliance and overarching fire safety in all buildings, including High Risk Buildings in the UK.
