ISCVE AV Engineers Committee Update
The ISCVE is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Faulks FInstSCVE as the new Chair of the AV Engineers Committee. Mark brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role, and his leadership promises to enhance the committee’s initiatives and strengthen support for our members.
Mark is a highly accomplished IT and AV professional with a diverse career background. Before entering the AV industry, Mark worked as a software developer and systems administrator for a UK charity, honing his technical skills and understanding of complex systems. Mark is a dedicated member of ISCVE and the British Computer Society. He has been an active participant in the Institute since 2011, creating and presenting training courses and serving on a number of other ISCVE committees and was recently appointed as one of the ISCVE representative for the EPL/100 Standards committee. To recognise his contributions to the Institute and industry, he was awarded Fellow in March 2024.
Mark shared his enthusiasm for this new role:
“ I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to lead such an incredible team of experts as we endeavour to create a range of new resources. I look forward to working with the committee and wider membership to bring the wisdom, insight and respect that the ISCVE carries, into the heart of the AV industry.”
Under Mark’s guidance, the AV Engineers Committee will focus on delivering innovative solutions, valuable resources and new opportunities for professional growth within the ISCVE membership. We are confident that his dedication will drive the committee forward and provide tangible benefits to our members.
We look forward to the positive impact Mark and the committee will bring to ISCVE and our members.
