Key Tasks:

  • Responsible for the performance, target achievement and development of existing and potential partners
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the UK/IR markets that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate the market with its verticals, focusing on Install & Rental
  • Customer relationship and account management including local market visits and  local support
  • Observes the market and the competition (competitive pricing, products, market activities) and reacts to those with appropriate measures
  • Answers sales and technical queries in cooperation with the technical support team
  • Exhibits at customer events and trade shows and uses this platforms actively to drive sales

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in business economics, pro-audio or equivalent work experience/ education
  • More than 3 years of experience in sales management in Pro Audio
  • Successful sales history/ performance
  • Knowledge and experience of UK/IR cultures and markets
  • Business appropriate spoken and native English
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Technical audio background (audio transmission/ networks)
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/ requirements
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 70%) and work in a global team of professionals
  • Proven leadership/ management skills and ability to drive sales
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and large organizations (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP-CRM)
  • ISCVE Membership an advantage
