ProAudium Ltd is looking for an individual to undertake all aspects of the technical services we provide.
We mainly work on:
- Public Address Voice Alarm
- Emergency Sound
- Fire Telephone
- Disabled Refuge
At times there is also a need to work on:
- Non emergency sound
- Audio Visual equipment
- Assistive listening systems (e.g. AFILS)
- Disabled Toilet Alarm
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide the following services:
- Maintenance
- Repairs and rectification
- Upgrades
- Expansion
- Call outs
Qualities & Skills:
- GCSE (C grade or above) in English, Mathematics and Computer Science.
- Full driving licence with less than 6 penalty points.
- Comfortable with hardware and software.
- Good computer, IT and networking skills (e.g. network performance and analysis, protocol mechanisms, network control, sequencing and simulation, network architecture, etc).
- Possess a clear, understandable phone manner and a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments without sacrificing customer satisfaction or quality of performance.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
- Advocate customer issues within Technical Support to improve our service and efficiency.
- Willingness to learn.
