Leading UK Access Control and Audio Visual distributor – CIE-Group – has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Services colleague to join our Nottingham-based business-to-business sales support team.
Based in our Nottingham office, you will join our energetic, award-winning team, providing a proactive approach to support sales and customer enquiries for our leading IP access control, door entry and audio visual product lines.
If you are a strong team player, great communicator and with an ability to deliver exemplary customer services, then we have a great opportunity to join one of the UK’s most innovative business-to-business distributors, working on some of the largest and most exciting access control and AV projects throughout the UK.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provide front line Sales & Customer Service Support
- Sales enquiries
- Quotations
- Invoice Queries
- Despatch Queries
- Returns Authorisations
- Accumulate such product knowledge as will enable you to carry out your function effectively.
- Provide support and assistance to field sales staff.
- Assist with market research.
- Make occasional visits to customers and trade exhibitions with the Sales team. (These may require absences from home).
Skills & Experience:
- Customer service or internal sales experience
- Eloquent telephone and customer manner
- Interest in technology
- Energetic, enthusiastic with an enquiring technical mind
- Confident communication skills with customers and suppliers
- Highly efficient and able to make calculated decisions
- Happy to work on own initiative to self-created schedules
- Friendly, honest and presentable
- (The ability to stay away from home for occasional short periods of time is essential to this position)
Salary:
£20,000 per annum
